Itel seriously released this for only PHP3.9K? The Itel S23 4G has a Unisoc T606, 4GB RAM , and 128GB ROM! It really blew our minds after finding out it had good specs! It even has a 90Hz display at its price! Lastly, its got a 5000 mAh battery and 10W charging! It even looks great, not cheap!
We usually only get Helio A22s or an abundance of mediocre processors at this price range but it’s great that Itel was able to place a Unisoc T606 here. Also that 4gb ram and 128gb ram are so hard to beat, you only get 4/64 at best at this price range and mostly just a 60hz display! We’re not sure how Itel was able to pull this off but we really like it and it’s going to give you a great value out of any smartphone in this list!

We knew immediately that this would go to ‘Maganda na‘ ranking for phones under PHP10k. The smartphone wasn’t really seen anywhere up until now. Itel really had done a great job with this smartphone.
