Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 benchmarks show 30% performance improvement over Gen 2

Qualcomm’s latest flagship mobile chip, the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3, has been benchmarked, and the results are impressive. The chip scored 2.13 million in AnTuTu 10, which is around 30% better than the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2.

The Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 is built on TSMC’s 4nm process and has an eight-core CPU. It is expected to power the majority of flagship smartphones in 2023.

The new chip’s performance improvements are likely due to a combination of factors, including its new architecture, faster clock speeds, and improved memory bandwidth. The Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 also features a new Adreno GPU, which is expected to offer significant performance improvements in gaming and other graphics-intensive applications.

Overall, the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 is a very impressive chip, and it is likely to be the most powerful mobile chip on the market when it is released in early 2023.
