Scheduled for release on January 29, 2024, in both Indian and global markets, the realme 12 Pro series comprises the realme 12 Pro and the realme 12 Pro+. The recent appearance of the realme 12 Pro on the GeekBench database, following last week’s stint by the high-end realme 12 Pro+ on the same platform, has stirred anticipation. The GeekBench listing, first brought to attention by MySmartPrice, identifies the device with the model number RMX3842.

Impressively, the realme 12 Pro 5G notched up 898 points in the single-core test and 2,759 points in the multi-core test on GeekBench. Delving into its specifications, the listing reveals the powerhouse within, equipped with the Qualcomm Snapdragon 6 Gen 1 SoC coupled with an Adreno 710 GPU. Additionally, the smartphone boasts up to 8GB of RAM and will operate on the Android 14 OS, complemented by realme’s custom skin, Realme UI 5, straight out of the box.

A prior sighting on China’s 3C showcased the realme 12 Pro’s 67W wired fast charging capability. Further insights from a TENAA listing unveil a 6.7-inch AMOLED display supporting Full HD+ resolution. Teasers from the brand have hinted at the realme 12 Pro series featuring advanced 120x Super Zoom technology.

Notably, expectations are high for the inclusion of the realme 12 Pro Max in the lineup, briefly listed on Flipkart as well. As the anticipation builds, realme seems poised to deliver a compelling and feature-rich smartphone experience with the upcoming realme 12 Pro series.
