Samsung Galaxy S24 Series: Galaxy Ring, Exynos, titanium, and more

Tipsters are suggesting that Samsung will make a new accessory the star of 2024, not Galaxy S4.

Even months away from announcement, tipsters are already filling up the rumor shelf for Galaxy S24.

It’s alleged that the next big thing from Samsung is the Galaxy Ring, a health-focused wearable. If true, it’s smaller and better to wear than smartwatches. However, it won’t be the same as a Galaxy Watch as it’s rumored to lack smartwatch features. So, how would the company apply the display?

Next is charging speed and a rumor alleged that Galaxy S24 has the same as Galaxy S23. New listings on China’s 3C agency revealed the 25w on Galaxy S24 and 45w for Galaxy S24+ and Galaxy S24 Ultra.

Apple got a bit ahead on the titanium frame, so everyone expects Samsung to follow the lead. If so, the titanium will raise Galaxy S24’s durability and lower its overall weight. Though, it’s curious how the company will configure the thermals. We’ll know soon enough.

Check out the other rumored details on Galaxy S24 Ultra below:

  • Exynos chipset for Galaxy S24 and S24+
  • Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 for Galaxy S24 Ultra
  • 6.8 inches LTPO AMOLED with QHD+ resolution
  • 2200 nits peak brightness
  • New 200-MP camera sensor (HP25X)
  • New 50-MP 3x telephoto camera
  • 12-MP ultrawide camera
  • 12-MP front-facing camera

The periscope camera has been observed twice, and argues it will be the same 10-MP sensor but another claims it will be gone.

Like other leaks, take everything with a grain of salt. Hopefully, Samsung will stick with Qualcomm and add dedicated thermals for the Galaxy S24 series before encasing them in titanium.

Samsung Galaxy S23 is now available at a starting price of ₱53,990 while Galaxy S23+ at ₱68,990. Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra starts at ₱81,990.

Samsung Galaxy S24’s announcement is allegedly scheduled for January 18 next year.
