This March, Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 beats Dimensity 9300 on AnTuTu. But does it really matter in the real world?
MediaTek’s latest flagship Dimensity 9300 has been on a roll with many brands using it to power their high-performance models, including OPPO Find X7, vivo X100 and vivo X100 Pro, and iQOO Neo9 Pro.
Although D9300 definitely takes the competition to the next level, Qualcomm’s own flagship won’t be taken down easily. On AnTuTu, the March scoreboard revealed that the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 is the number one in performance.
Device | Processor | AnTuTu Score |
ASUS ROG Phone 8 Pro | SD 8 Gen 3 | 2,141,448 |
OPPO Find X7 | D9300 | 2,138,119 |
iQOO 12 | SD 8 Gen 3 | 2,110,595 |
REDMAGIC 9 Pro+ | SD 8 Gen 3 | 2,098,269 |
vivo X100 Pro | D9300 | 2,088,853 |
iQOO Neo9 Pro | D9300 | 2,070,155 |

nubia Z60 Ultra | SD 8 Gen 3 | 2,043,411 |
OPPO Find X7 Ultra | SD 8 Gen 3 | 2,036,200 |
The crowned winner on this list is the ASUS ROG Phone 8 Pro with 16GB of RAM and 512GB storage, followed by the OPPO Find X7 with 16GB of RAM and 1TB at second place.
In benchmarking, these scores look amazing but in real-world scenarios, these numbers hardly make noticeable differences.
At the end of the day, you’d want a reliable smartphone, packed with a durable battery, excellent thermals, acceptable throttling, stunning display, and outstanding audio, to provide you with maximum entertainment and performance to accomplish day-to-day tasks.
So, which of these phones do you own or want to own?
