Reddit user JB2unique shared an official-looking promo video for the next-gen Xperia 5 phone. The video shows a dual-camera setup on its back
Sony is expected to launch the Xperia 5 V soon, and a leaked promo video shows the phone’s refreshed design. The video shows that the Xperia 5 V will have a dual-camera setup on the back, which likely means that it will skip out on the telephoto module that was present on its predecessors. The front of the device looks nearly identical to that on the Xperia 1 IV, and the video confirms that the upcoming phone will retain the 3.5mm headphone jack. The device will be available in at least three colors: black, white, and blue.
The only known specs for the Xperia 5 V thus far are that it will be equipped with a Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chipset and up to 16GB of RAM. A Geekbench listing also confirms that the device will support 33W fast charging.
