Tecno announces its most powerful chipset Phantom X2 series Dimensity 9000 is coming next month

Tecno announced its most powerful smartphone chipset ever, the Phantom X2 with Dimensity 9000 5G chipset. It is the world’s first mobile processing chipset that is built on a 4nm fabrication process and it will pack more transistors than any other flagship processor.

With the Dimensity 1200 CPU, the business had to make certain compromises in 2020, so its raw processing power trailed behind that of the Qualcomm Snapdragon 888.This  time MediaTek has done everything in its ability to capture the title of most potent Android smartphone CPU for 2022.

The company utilized the newest ARM CPU (Cortex-X2, Cortex-A710, and Cortex-A510) and GPU (Mali-G710) cores, as well as the most sophisticated manufacturing method (4nm TSMC). For better gaming performance, it also makes use of the Mali-G710, the most recent GPU from ARM.

Tecno’s most expensive smartphone, the Phantom X was unveiled last year with a focus on the camera and display (the primary module had a 1/1.3″ 50MP sensor). There will soon come a follow-up, and it will be the most powerful Tecno phone yet. At the Dimensity 9000 launch event, MediaTek boasted that the new flagship chipset’s prolonged gaming performance is comparable to the best in the business: the Apple A15 Bionic.

The entire performance of high-end smartphones is significantly influenced by a premium chip. The world’s first TSMC 4nm 5G mobile SoC, MediaTek’s flagship Dimensity 9000 5G processor will power the Phantom X2 Series. With an AnTuTu Benchmark score exceeding 1,000,000+, this cutting-edge 4nm workmanship offers the best performance, the most cutting-edge power efficiency, and a wonderfully smooth user experience.

With phones like the Phantom X as a starting point, the business has been concentrating on improving its camera technology; the Imagiq 790 ISP’s additional processing capability in the X2 will build on that.

For instance, it will be the first member of the family to enable HDR video from three cameras at once. Additionally, it gives Tecno’s Super-night Mode and other features like multi-exposure HDR more computing power. The Tecno Phantom X2 line will be initially announced on December 7.
