TECNO MEGABOOK T1 2023: Budget ultra-slim laptop heading to PH very soon

This ultrabook has a friendly price tag for students and workers looking for performance and battery on-the-go.

TECNO is on the roll with another comeback, but in the laptop market this time. Meet the TECNO MEGABOOK T1 2023. This budget ultrabook was announced alongside the TECNO Phantom V Flip in Singapore last Friday.

The company presented this 14.8-millimeter ultra slim laptop with a battery life of up to 18.5 hours. It only weighs 1.39 kilos which makes it easy to bring anywhere. If you combine those things, the TECNO MEGABOOK T1 2023 seems an ideal budget ultrabook for studying and working on-the-go.

But does it really have the power and juice as a daily driver? Let’s see the specs.

CPUIntel i7-13700H 11th Gen
GPUIntel Iris Xe
RAM16GB LPDDR4
Storage1TB PCIe 3.0
Battery 75WHr with USB-C 65w GaN fast charging

At a glance, the TECNO MEGABOOK T1 2023 is average since it lacks a dedicated GPU from Nvidia or AMD. However, under its hood are several key points for students and workers.

The 18.5 hours of peak battery life of the device is easily accomplished by a single charge, one of the most enduring ultrabooks in its class. The lappy also comes with stereo speakers boosted by DTS: X Ultra and TECNO VOC holographic sound system for impressive audio. It boasts ENC microphones as well, which helps cancel out background noise to improve communications.

The display may just be 14 inches but don’t underestimate the 16:10 aspect ratio, up to 180-degree tilting range, up to 350 nits of peak brightness, 100% sRGB color gamut, and TÜV Rheinland eye protection.

In the software aspect, the ultrabook runs Windows 11 out of the box with OneLeap technology that lets it connect to your TECNO smartphones. This suite also includes file transfer, data sharing, and multi-screen collaboration. Extras include a 2-MP 1080p AI webcam, fingerprint power key, and Starry Backlit keyboard.

TECNO MEGABOOK T1 2023 is estimated to be around $399 or ₱22,656.82. It is expected to arrive in the Philippines in the final quarter of this year.
