TECNO Mobile has launched the POVA Neo 3 in the Philippines, a budget-friendly smartphone that features a massive battery, a 90Hz display, and a powerful processor
The POVA Neo 3 has a 6.82-inch HD+ display with a 90Hz screen refresh rate. This means that the display will be smoother and more responsive when scrolling through web pages or playing games. The phone is powered by a MediaTek Helio G85 processor with 8GB of RAM and 128GB of storage. This combination should be enough to handle most tasks without any problems.
The POVA Neo 3 also has a massive 7000mAh battery that should easily last a full day on a single charge. The phone also supports 18W fast charging, which is decent but, barely enough for most users.
In terms of cameras, the POVA Neo 3 has a 16MP main camera and a QVGA auxiliary camera. The front-facing camera is an 8MP unit. The cameras are decent for taking photos in good lighting conditions, but they will struggle in low light.
The POVA Neo 3 runs on Android 13 with HiOS 13 on top. HiOS is a custom Android skin that adds a number of features and customization options.
The TECNO POVA Neo 3 is priced at ₱7,999 in the Philippines. It is available in three colors: Amber Gold, Mecha Black, and Hurricane Blue.
