An allegedly internal Verizon document has allowed the US pricing for the Galaxy S23 series to leak. 9to5Google discovered the hacked data after it was uploaded on Reddit. According to the document, prices for the new flagships are not expected to increase this year. Certainly not in the US.
It appears that the US price for the stock Galaxy S23 will remain $799.99. The expected price of the Galaxy S23 Plus is $999.99. At $1,199.99, the S23 Ultra would once more be at the very top. The Galaxy S22 series launched last year at the same pricing points.
For potential Galaxy S23 purchasers in the US, the pricing leak is undoubtedly good news. A recent revelation revealed the phone’s Australian costs, raising the possibility of a price increase in the US. Fortunately, it doesn’t appear to be the case.
The leaked carrier information more-or-less verifies the specifications of the phones in addition to providing the US prices for the Galaxy S23 series.
The Galaxy S23 is the only device in the new series with a base storage capacity of 128GB, while the Galaxy S23 Plus and S23 Ultra have a minimum storage capacity of 256GB. Only the S23 Ultra has 12GB RAM; the Plus and basic models only have 8GB RAM.
