vivo Y100 GT leaked: D8200, 1080P display, 12GB RAM, Android 13, a seamless user experience?

A new addition to the vivo Y100 series, the vivo Y100 GT, has recently emerged on the Google Play Console certification website. This device, marked by the model number PD2314, is set to join the ranks of the Y100, Y100i, and Y100i Power, all introduced last year. Notably, the vivo G2 has also made an appearance on the Play Console database.

The Google Play Console listing unveils key specifications and renders of the vivo Y100 GT. The smartphone boasts a sleek design with a curved display framed by slim bezels and a centrally aligned punch-hole cutout. Display specifications include a resolution of 1080 x 2,388 pixels and a screen density of 480 dpi.

Under the hood, the Y100 GT is equipped with a powerful MediaTek MT6896 processor. This processor comprises a Cortex A78 core clocked at 3.1GHz, three Cortex-A78 cores at 3GHz, and four Cortex-A55 cores ticking at 2GHz. The onboard Mali-G610 GPU indicates a possible Dimensity 8200 chipset. Notably, the smartphone features 12GB of RAM, with the possibility of additional variants at the time of launch. Running on the latest Android 13 OS out of the box, the Y100 GT promises a seamless user experience.

While the Google Play Console certification sheds light on these significant details, the remaining specifications of the vivo Y100 GT remain shrouded in mystery. For reference, the Y100i and Y100i Power are equipped with Dimensity 6020 and Snapdragon 6 Gen 1 chipsets, respectively, while the Y100 5G is powered by a Snapdragon 695.
