realme is bringing its GT series to the global stage! The company’s Vice President, Chase Xu, confirmed an upcoming launch of the GT 7 Pro in India later this year. This marks a shift for realme, offering a unified model across markets.
The GT 7 Pro is rumored to be a true powerhouse, packing the yet-to-be-announced Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 4 chipset. Leaked information suggests this processor will be a beast, boasting a peak clock speed of up to 4.26GHz. If these rumors hold true, the GT 7 Pro could be the first phone globally to launch with this next-gen chip, potentially arriving in India by Q4 2024.
While we wait for the GT 7 Pro, realme is gearing up to launch the GT 6 globally sometime in July. This phone is expected to borrow specs from the China-exclusive realme GT Neo 6. That means you can expect a powerful Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 processor with AI features, a smooth 1.5K OLED display with a 144Hz refresh rate, and likely LPDDR5x RAM, UFS 4.0 storage, and a 50MP main camera.
