Entry-level Honor X6 officially released in Malaysia and Saudi Arabia, Honor eyeing for PH release soon?

Honor is no stranger to the entry-level phone game, starting as a sub-brand of Huawei– the now independent brand might release the Honor X6 here in the PH soon

The Honor X6 is an entry-level smartphone offering coming from the former Huawei sub-brand, Honor. It has 4GB of RAM and the choice between 64GB and 128GB of internal storage. They’ve already officially released it in Malaysia and Saudi Arabia as of this moment.

The processor from MediaTek, Helio G25 is power-efficient and can handle most apps and some games. The Honor X6‘s triple rear camera setup paired with a 5MP selfie cam provides a decent photography/video recording experience.

Honor’s camera technology is exactly what sets them apart, with photo reproduction prowess that puts Samsung and Apple in a competition, the X6’s primary 50MP shooter hopefully will be great.

The Honor X6‘s 6.5 TFT LCD 60Hz 720p, while rare, isn’t surprising given the target market for this phone. It runs on Android 12 with the custom Magic UI 6.1 OS to make it more distinguishable to the Honor ecosystem.

Despite the large 5,000mAh Li-Po battery, the measly 10W “fast charger” can end up being not too fast of a charger after all. But despite that, Honor needs to compromise features such as this in order to reach the Honor X6‘s affordable pricing.

And time and time again, we are always reminding our readers that Honor isn’t affiliated anymore with Huawei– so your beloved Google apps and services are back on track on all Honor devices.

No reports has been made as of yet regarding the pricing or availability here of the Honor X6, but we’ll keep you posted. For now, read the specs of the Honor X6 here: https://unboxdiaries.com/phones/honor-x6/
