Many GCash users reported experiencing issues with the app around 7:00 pm today. Social media users expressed frustration on Facebook. According to an in-app message, GCash is currently undergoing some sort of a maintenance to address these issues. They assure users they will be back up and running soon.
Downdetector.ph reports that GCash users began experiencing issues around 7:00 PM on April 15, 2024. No official statement or update regarding the outage has been posted on GCash’s Facebook page as of yet. While the cause is unknown, hopefully a resolution will be similar to past maintenance windows, which were resolved within a few hours.
