Infinix has a knack for spectacular smartphone reveals!

Infinix launched the Zero 30 5G a few days ago at a lavish event in Venice, Italy, where the Venice International Film Festival took place. The selfie-centric smartphone has a 50 MP camera at the front that does 4K video recording and brings a flash as well.

The Infinix Zero 30 5G is powered by the Mediatek Dimensity 8020 chipset. It boasts an octa-core CPU with one cluster of four cores clocked at 2.6 GHz. You can choose between 8 GB or 12 GB of RAM and it offers 256 GB of storage, which unfortunately isn’t expandable.

On the rear, there are three cameras. The primary camera features a 108 MP ISOCELL HM6 1/1.67” sensor from Samsung, equipped with a 6-element f/1.65 lens, OIS, and PDAF. Additionally, there’s a 13 MP shooter for capturing ultrawide photos and a 2 MP sensor, although its purpose seems more for numbers than functionality. The circular flash, named Aura Light, consists of four LEDs.

The front-facing camera also utilizes a Samsung sensor – the ISOCELL JN1, with support for PDAF. It has a built-in flash in the tiny bezel above the screen to provide fill light when needed.

A vlogging-centric smartphone!

Infinix celebrated its announcement at the Venice Film Festival by organizing the Mobile Vlog Awards (MVA), inviting vloggers to use the Zero 30 5G to capture their stories.

The phone also features a 6.78” AMOLED display with Full HD+ resolution, a speedy 144 Hz refresh rate, and a 360 Hz sampling rate. Its curved sides enhance handling and give it a more premium appearance.

Powering the Infinix Zero 30 5G is a 5,000 mAh battery, supporting 68W charging through the USB-C port.

You can choose from three colors: Golden Hour, a charming transition from Gold to Pink Rose; Rome Green, featuring a vegan leather back and golden accents on the frame and camera island; and Fantasy Purple.

The expected price for the Infinix Zero 30 5G is around $339, but it may vary depending on the market. Availability details for each region will be confirmed later.

The phone is available in three colors: Golden Hour, Rome Green, and Fantasy Purple. It is priced at INR23,999 (around PHP 20,000) for the 8GB/128GB model and INR24,999 (around PHP 21,000) for the 12GB/256GB model.
