The iPhone 15 and iPhone 15 Plus will have new features, one is the Dynamic Island. The previous iPhone 14 series only reserved the Dynamic Island for its Pro Models.

It also has a new contoured edge, and aero-space grade almunium enclosure with color embedded throughout a single piece of metallic glass.

Thing is, it really is just the last year’s Pro series with some differences and added features. Well, the camera is massively improved compared to last year’s iPhone 14 and iPhone 14 Plus models for it now equipped with a 48MP main camera instead of a 12MP main camera. The iPhone 15 series models is also capable to change the focus of an image, after it was taken.

And, at long last, all the iPhone 15 series models will have a USB Type-C port.

Another new feature added is Standby mode. Whenever the iPhone 15 Pro is laid on its size while charging, it will be on standby, showing useful information to the user

The greatest upgrade of all is the new A17 Pro processor. It is a new 3 nanometer Hexa-core chip chip from Apple that has absurd capabilities. It is by far the fastest mobile CPU, with 19 billion transistors, allowing it to process 36 trillion operations per second.

This processor also comes with a new 6 core Apple Pro Class GPU. It is capable of ray tracing allowing for more immersive gaming experience. It uses hardware accelerated ray tracing which performs 4x faster than software based ray tracing.

Apple showcased 6 games using the new GPU and ray tracing: Honkai: Star Rail, Genshin Impact, Division Resurgence, RE:Village(Mobile), RE:4 Remake(Mobile) and the upcoming Assassin’s Creed: Mirage. This is a huge breakthrough regarding mobile gaming…huge.

And lastly, the iPhone 15 Pro models will have an upgraded camera with an improved zoom range which is capable of 5x optical zoom at 120mm focal length. This is primarily used by professional photographers. The camera is capable of 10,000 microadjustment per second thanks to its improved OIS.
