ZTE nubia Neo 5G: “True gaming” phone in a budget

ZTE nubia Neo 5G is heading to the Philippines and it will deliver impressive gaming performance for cheap.

What is black and yellow that can play a multitude of games? It’s ZTE nubia Neo 5G, coming to Philippine shores very soon. ZTE boasts this as a budget gaming smartphone and with the expected PH price, which will get to later, it seems fitting.

The handset is equipped with a UNISOC T820 plus Mali-57 GPU, 8GB of RAM, and 256GB of internal storage. It is powered with a 4500mAh battery unit, which supports 22.5w fast charging.

At a glance, ZTE nubia Neo 5G may not be much but don’t judge quickly. This is a “true gaming smartphone” for the budget level, and ZTE nubia Neo 5G could be just for you.

Here’s why. First, many of its aspects are gaming-centric, including the updated Game Space, 120Hz refresh rate for ultra-smooth experience, Dynamic RAM for up to 18GB, and a dedicated heat dissipating system.

Plus, ZTE nubia Neo 5G has a performance manager to let you set up the CPU’s and GPU’s power. You can select between Eco, Balance, and Rise modes, with last meant for full gaming performance.

While you can play games or stream media with your headset, the ZTE nubia Neo 5G can also deliver audio immersion with DTS: X Ultra via its dual speakers.

Whether indoor or outdoor, this phone will do what it can to ensure the display’s top performance. The 6.6-inch FHD+ display supports enhanced brightness of up 35% when using the phone outside. If you want to reduce eye fatigue, you can enable blue light protection even when gaming.
