GSMArena unveiled the visuals of the Infinix Zero 30 5G, showcasing a centrally positioned punch-hole screen housing a trio of cameras on the rear side. Additionally, they disclosed several specifications, including a 50MP front camera, 12GB of RAM, 256GB of internal storage, 4K video recording capability, and an IP53 rating for dust and water resistance
In a new development, Infinix has substantiated the leaked design by launching a promotional page on their official Indian website. This unveiling divulges further details about the phone and introduces a fresh color option – green.
This newly introduced green variant will be dubbed “Rome Green” and will boast a back panel made of vegan leather, in contrast to the one showcased earlier referred to as “Golden Hour,” which will feature a glass back.
Furthermore, Infinix has disclosed that the Zero 30 5G will flaunt a 6.78-inch 10-bit curved AMOLED display, delivering a peak brightness of 950 nits. The screen will cover 100% of the DCI-P3 color gamut and employ 2,160 PWM dimming. Gorilla Glass 5 protection will safeguard the display, which will impress with a 144Hz refresh rate and a touch sampling rate of 360Hz.
While Infinix has chosen not to provide a comprehensive breakdown of the rear camera setup of the Zero 30 5G (apart from confirming optical image stabilization for the primary camera), the company has affirmed that the front-facing camera will feature a 50MP sensor capable of capturing 4K videos at 60 frames per second. The brand is proudly promoting this as “India’s First 50MP 4K 60 FPS Camera.”
With a thickness of just 7.9mm, the Infinix Zero 30 5G exhibits a sleek profile. Infinix has announced its intention to gradually reveal more about the smartphone on August 25, 28, and 30 through its official website. Pre-orders for the smartphone will commence on September 2 via Flipkart in India, although the exact launch date is still pending an announcement by Infinix.
