realme’s next flagship smartphone, the GT5 Pro, has been spotted on TENAA, revealing its design and some key specifications. The phone will have a quad-camera setup on the back, with a circular island and a vertical sliver for the LED flash. This is in contrast to the GT5, which has a triple-camera setup in a rectangular module.

The GT5 Pro is also expected to feature a 2.5D curved AMOLED display with a punch-hole cutout for the front-facing camera. The power and volume buttons are located on the right-hand side of the device.
While the TENAA listing does not reveal any specific camera specifications, we expect the GT5 Pro to feature three Sony IMX sensors, including the brand-new IMX966, which has a 1/1.4″ sensor size. This is the same sensor size as the IMX989, which is used in the Huawei Mate 50 series.
Under the hood, the GT5 Pro is expected to be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chipset, the latest and greatest from Qualcomm. This chipset is expected to offer significant performance improvements over the Snapdragon 8 Gen 1, which is used in most flagship smartphones today.
realme is expected to launch the GT5 Pro in early 2024. We’ll keep you updated on more details as they become available.
